Yes…my prescription eye glasses are finally right - I can now see clearly!

There is nothing worse than looking through cloudy, distorted lenses.

When viewing this life and our future eternity we most certainly need to see through the correct lens - through the eye of scripture - the bible.

The bible is God’s revelation to humankind -to how life all began, to how it is going to end, and the journey between.  God finishes what He starts - He sees the end from the beginning!  We have all heard that saying “all good things must come to an end!”  But, if we live in the promise of scripture, if we look through the lens of the Bible we realize that the best is yet to come!

The God of the Bible promises “a new heaven and a new earth”, one in which He “will wipe away every tear”, one in which “there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying”, one in which “there shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away!” (cf. Revelation 21)

There is certainty of reward and heaven for all those who believe and receive Jesus Christ as Savior and follow Him as Lord of their life!  Through the lens of scripture you and I can have renewed hope!  The gospel is good news!  Yes in this life we will have trouble.  This life is never going to be perfect, but Jesus promises that He will “never leave you nor forsake you” - He will be with you in whatever you are going through, if you will only trust and look to Him - “the author and finisher of your faith!”

Your beginning with Him never ends.  It starts now and into eternity!

“And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me…I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.” - Jesus

Amen.  Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
